I recently had the pleasure of working with one of your associates, Ms. Ashley Keene.

I was very impressed with Ashley's work.  She kept me informed about the status of my offer, she paid attention to the details, she invested her time and hopes, and she did all she could do to complete the transaction.

I have been thinking of purchasing a vacation property for some time, and I began my search in earnest this spring.  I spoke with other realtors, some of whom have several years of experience.  None of these realtors had the drive, interest, and intensity Ashley showed.  With the other realtors, I felt that since I did not jump immediately at the properties about which they told me, they lost interest in me as a potential buyer.  Although I asked them to keep me informed about listings at Margate Towers, they did not bother to do so.

In fact, I initially worked with another realtor on the property about which I am writing.  I made an initial offer, but this realtor never followed up with the seller (as I had requested) to see what an appropriate second offer might be.  In contrast, Ashley worked closely with me to help me assess my offers and couteroffers, and helped me include other contractual provisions that might help my postion with the seller.

To my regret, this particular deal did not happen. However, I look forward to working with Ashley on another property.  I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling a shore property.

I cannot thank you, as well as your entire Home Team, enough for your collective hard work on my behalf.  This deal simply would not have happened with any other agent and team.  You helped draft the contract addendum.  You suggested the attorney review.  You had the power and persuasiveness to finalize my agreement of sale.  And finally, you paid the seller's expense at settlement -- out of your own pocket -- to ensure that the seller would not default on the contract at settlement.

The only way I can repay you is to praise you and your team to anyone who will listen.  That is what I have already started to do.  I know your business relies heavily on your good reputation, and I am hoping I can help you in that way.

Paula, you had mentioned at settlement that you would like to treat Aleck and me to dinner.  I appreciate your offer so much, but you've taken such a financial beating on this deal that I would feel guilty letting you incur yet another expense on my behalf.
