Better late than never to introduce you to my personal blog on the Hartman Home Team website! Because my material here is personal, I have tried to use the same style I would use in my classroom voice, including the elliptical, colloquial, ironic and sarcastic.  My philosophy for this blog can best be summed up by Dale Carnegie, who wrote:

"The ideas I stand for are not mine.  I borrowed them from Socrates.  I swiped them from Chesterfield...I quoted them from science and medicine and put them in this book.  If you don't like their rules, whose would you use?"

My goal here is to share by my own eyewitness observations, practical perceptions and principle-centered prognostications of what is happening in the Atlantic City, Margate, Ventnor and Longport real estate markets. 

This blog is about seeing the bigger picture and simplifying it into what really works, what  doesn't, and why.

Consequently, this blog is foremost about asking the right questions, figuring out exactly what I believe in and preaching only what I practice.
