Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports New Jersey mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages increased 3 basis points from 4.69% to 4.72% on Wednesday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.52% (NE) to the highest rate of 4.96% (HI). Currently, New Jersey mortgage rates are 2 basis points lower than the national average of 4.74%.
The New Jersey mortgage rate on April 6, 2011, is up 4 basis points from last week's average New Jersey rate of 4.68%.
