According to the latest Zillow Real Estate Market Reports, home values in Margate decreased only -2.1% in the fourth quarter of 2008, compared to the fourth quarter of 2007. Nationally, home values decreased -11.6% during this same period. Margate's decrease is only marginal when compared to the national figures.
