The Margate Farmers' market has been approved for Saturdays in fall.

The town's popular Farmers' Market has recently been approved by the Zoning  Board and will extend its season by moving to Saturday mornings after Labor Day.

The Market currently operates during the summer on Thursday mornings at Steve and Cookie's By the Bay. So the switch to Saturdays will begin on September 12 and run through October 10.


Other events scheduled during that time include a Family Bike Ride called the Tour De Downbeach, also running on September 12.

The traditional Fall Funfest By the Bay held on Amherst Avenue, is scheduled for September 26.
