Margate locals will be receiving discounts in a number of local stores throughout the area under a new program initiated by the Margate Business Association, which will be sending out "Marvelous Margate Resident's Discounts Cards," good in member stores and restaurants, to almost 7,000 Margate homeowners.

The mailing will go out this week and is part of a package of plans the group hopes to us to try to drum up business in these challenging times.
