Lucy the Elephant
Lucy, Margate's 6-story Elephant can be found right on the beach at 9200 Atlantic Avenue, Margate.
A national historic landmark, Lucy's birth year was 1882! She was built to attract visitors to the Downbeach community.
You can tour the site museum. Be sure to take a gander through Lucy's eyes. Check out the gift shop and Cafe, too.

Price: Children (2-12 years) - $3. Children under 2 are free. Adults: $6.
