Hey Todd,

Thanks again for making the whole transaction and experience of buying my new home into such an easy and pleasant experience. It was truly "no hassle" and stress free from beginning to end.

As I've mentioned, I will phone you early nest week for the insurance info and also with my new phone number should you need it fo any reason.  And don't forget I am interested in the cat your co-worker mentioned!

Off to Philadelphia to get the actual move started - I hope this runs smoothly as well.
