Oh my! The world seems in such a mess. No wonder fear is running rampant. So how can we overcome these fears and uncertainties and start developing the habit of confidence?

I ran across this clever paradigm entitled "The Achievers Coaching Program" which tells you first identify your fears, then design strategies to destroy them whenever they pop up their ugly heads.

Address each fear with the question, "What can I do to overcome this?" By doing so, you are preparing yourself in advance, like a professional speaker prepares for a speech -- this providing yourself with confidence and certainty.

Most importantly, today, in this crazy age, self-knowledge is absolutely KEY! It is important to get to know yourself. Learn how you think, feel, react and behave in different situations. Loneliness Surround yourself with positive, supportive people. Be a giver. To attract friends, become a friend.
   
Uncertainty about the future Most of the jobs in the future haven't even been invented yet. Focus on developing your greatest talents. Design exciting goals.
   
Dying It happens to all of us. Have faith. Live every day to the fullest. Explore spiritual truths.
   
Failure The spiritual side of you proves there is a bigger plan. God gave you talent. Seek  it out. Surround yourself with winners. "Failure" is an opportunity to learn. Making mistakes is essential for long-term success.
   
Making major decisions Think on paper--plan ahead--seek good advice.
   
Rejection Don't take it personally, especially if you're in sales. We all experience some form of rejection every week. Become thick-skinned.
   
Conflict Step into the fear. Look for a win-win solution. Accept that conflict is a part of life. Take a course in conflict resolution.

Poverty Learn about money and how it works. Check your belief system. Find oan excellent financial coach. Set specific goals to save and invest a portion of everything you earn.
